Information We Collect
As a visitor, you can browse the public areas of the Site without providing personal information. To register for an account, enroll in courses, or contact us, we ask you to provide certain information, such as your first and last name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, employer or group affiliation, and payment information where applicable. If you do not provide the information required for a particular activity, you will not be able to engage in that activity.
As an online training program, we also collect information about your learning activity, including course enrollments, lesson progress, quiz and exam scores, assignment submissions, and certificates of completion. This information is used to deliver the program, track your progress, and issue completion records.
When you use the Site, we or our authorized technology service providers may also collect technical and routing information (such as browser type, device information, pages visited, and time on site) through cookies, pixels, and analytics tools. This information is used to administer the Site, measure traffic patterns, improve the learning experience, and, in some cases, deliver relevant messages or advertising. Most browsers let you decline cookies, but some authenticated pages require them and may not function without them.

Group and Employer Enrollments
If your access to RxTechPro was purchased or arranged by your employer, school, or another organization, the designated administrators of that organization’s group account may view enrollment, progress, gradebook, and completion information for learners in their group. Contact your program administrator with questions about how your organization handles that information.
SMS / Text Messaging
By opting in to SMS on our contact or registration forms, you consent to receive SMS messages from us related to support and information you have requested. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for support. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary. SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
How We Share Information
Except as described in this policy, we will never sell personal identification information about you to any third party without your permission. We share information with service providers who help us operate the Site and deliver our programs (such as hosting, learning management, email, and analytics providers), and with payment processors, financial gateways, and your card issuer to authorize payments. We will release specific information to comply with a valid legal process such as a search warrant, subpoena, statute, or court order, or in special cases such as an attempted breach of the Site’s security or a threat to any person or property. We may also transfer user information in connection with a corporate merger, consolidation, sale of assets, or other fundamental corporate change.
Third-Party Websites
The Site may contain links to other websites. The collection and use of your personal information on those websites is governed by their privacy policies, which we do not control. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party website before providing it with your personal information.
Data Security and Retention
We are committed to protecting your information. Sensitive information such as payment details is handled by our payment processors using encryption; we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Other information is retained for as long as needed to deliver our services and maintain your training records. If you want us to stop contacting you or to remove your stored information, email support@cpht.org with your exact name, email address, mailing address, and phone number, and we will process your request as soon as we can. Note that removing certain records may affect our ability to verify your course completions.
