Accounts and Registration
To access the training program you must register for an account and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Accounts and course enrollments are personal to you and may not be shared, transferred, or used by anyone else. Completing quizzes, exams, or assignments on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to complete them on your behalf, is prohibited and grounds for termination without refund. We may, at our discretion, suspend or terminate the registration of any user who violates these terms or for any other behavior that we in our discretion believe is inappropriate.
Intellectual Property and Restrictions
The contents of the Site — including course materials, videos, images, quizzes, assessments, documents, and design — are protected by copyright and trademark laws and are the property of their owners. Unless otherwise noted, you may access and use the information and materials on the Site for your personal use only. You may not record, duplicate, distribute, resell, publish, display, teach, or train from our materials in any manner without our express written permission. You may not change, modify, delete, transmit, adapt, exploit, or copy for distribution or sale any information, material, trademark, or copyright on the Site. Unauthorized use or distribution of our proprietary concepts, materials, and intellectual property is prohibited, and we will pursue legal action and full damages to protect these rights.
Courses, Assessments, and Certificates
Course content, assessments, passing requirements, and program features are subject to change without notice. Certificates of completion issued by the Site document your completion of our training program; they do not by themselves constitute a state license, state registration, or third-party certification. Requirements to work as a pharmacy technician vary by state and employer, and you are responsible for confirming the requirements that apply to you.
Payments and Refunds
Prices for courses and programs are as listed on the Site at the time of purchase and are subject to change. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. Except where a satisfaction guarantee is clearly and expressly labeled on the Site, all sales are final. Contact support@cpht.org with any billing questions.
Acceptable Use and Forums
If the Site offers message boards, chats, comments, or other interactive features (each a “forum”), you may not post or send any material that is abusive, vulgar, threatening, harassing, libelous, defamatory, obscene, invades a person’s privacy, violates any intellectual property or other rights, or would otherwise violate any law. You may not use any forum in a commercial manner, post material that solicits funds or advertises goods or services, post material known to be false, or transmit anything containing a virus or other harmful component. We are not responsible for material posted by users, and we retain the right to modify or remove messages or other material that we, in our sole discretion, consider unacceptable. By posting on the Site, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, nonexclusive right to use your questions, comments, and postings, in their original or edited form, in any medium, and you warrant that you own or control the rights to the content you post.
Submissions
We welcome your comments about the Site; however, we do not review or consider unsolicited creative submissions or suggestions. If, despite this request, you send us any idea, suggestion, or material, it becomes our property, we are not subject to any obligation of confidence regarding it, and we are entitled to unrestricted use of it without compensation or notification.
Links and Third Parties
These terms apply only to the Site, not to the websites of any other companies or organizations, including those we link to. We do not maintain, endorse, or take responsibility for the content, products, or services made available through any other website, and we will not be liable for any loss or damage caused in connection with your use of any third-party website. Other websites may link to the Site by permission only, which we may rescind at any time. Where we use affiliate links, we will disclose them on the page containing the link; any action you take on another company’s site is solely your responsibility.
Disclaimers
The information, services, products, and materials on the Site are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, except for any guarantees that are clearly and expressly labeled as guarantees on the Site. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site or its servers are free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no representations regarding the results of the use of the Site’s services, products, information, or materials in terms of their correctness, accuracy, or reliability.
No Professional Advice
The information contained in or made available through the Site cannot replace or substitute for the services of trained professionals in any field, including but not limited to medical, financial, or legal matters. Our training content is for educational purposes; nothing on the Site constitutes medical advice, and no representation is made concerning any treatment, action, or application of medication by any person following information offered through the Site. You alone are responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions, and results.
Career and Earnings Disclaimer
Our programs are intended to help you build pharmacy-related knowledge and advance in your career. They require real work and discipline, and as stipulated by law, we cannot and do not make any guarantees about your ability to obtain employment, pass any third-party examination, or earn any money using our ideas, information, tools, or strategies. Nothing on the Site is a promise or guarantee of results or future earnings.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, will we, our affiliates, or any of our licensors or suppliers be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials or information on the Site, or any products or services provided through the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you to us, if any, for accessing the Site. Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Parental Permission
The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we will not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. We may, at our discretion, require users under 18 to obtain the consent of a parent or guardian to view certain content, and we may limit access to certain content to users above a specified age. You agree to abide by any such restrictions and not to help anyone avoid them.
Governing Law and Severability
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, without regard to principles of conflicts of law. You agree that any action at law or in equity that arises out of or relates to these terms will be subject to mediation in Texas. If any of these terms is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision is severable from the remaining terms and will not affect their validity and enforceability. These terms may be modified only by our posting of changes on the Site.
